Mr. Aalok Joshi
Vice President & General Manager, USCA
Aalok joined MotoRad in 2024 and has responsibility for overseeing all of MotoRad’s commercial activities for the United States and Canada (USCA). Aalok brings to MotoRad an extensive background in the automotive aftermarket industry, where he held roles in category management, product management, and sales leadership. At MotoRad, he joined as Director of Sales – Retail Channel before being promoted to Vice President of Commercial in 2025. Prior to MotoRad, Aalok held sales and commercial leadership roles at several leading automotive aftermarket companies, working with major retailers across the U.S. and Canada.
Aalok earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from West Chester University’s School of Business.
