Si l\u2019air n\u2019est pas purg\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me, le thermostat Fail-Safe peut se bloquer pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment en position ouverte, ce qui rend la pi\u00e8ce inop\u00e9rante.  <\/p>\n<p>Le thermostat peut \u00eatre test\u00e9 en le faisant bouillir dans de l\u2019eau claire pendant environ 3 \u00e0 5 minutes. Si le thermostat ne s\u2019ouvre pas, c\u2019est qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9 par la surchauffe.
